Giorgio Benecchi Ultrafine Thread XXF (12/0)

This multistrand GSP thread is an ideal substitue for power silk. It is fine (10/0) exceptionally strong and needs to be cut under tension. It can be coloured using permanent marker pens. Benecchi Ghost Thread

Giorgio Benecchi Polyfloss
A fine multi-strand floss with a low gloss/flat colour ideal for dry or nymph bodies. The floss can be tied in flat or spun and given the bulk associated with a twisted thread. If the thread is used in several pieces together the most delicate spent wings can be made. Because of its nature the floss can be tied on hooks down to size 26. The most delicate green aphid body can be made with the emerald or the more general sage floss - depending on the imitation being tied.

Benecchi Copper Wire
A bright copper wire, copper colour, that is soft enough to wrap as a rib or light weighting but is relatively easy to snap off. The extra fine XF is 0.16mm diameter with 30m on the spool, the medium M is 0.24mm diameter with 20m on each spool.

Bennechi Coloured Copper Wire

A very fine chenille, 1mm outside diameter. Wind this material as a body and you get a very fine herl effect even on the smallest of flies.
