FlyTek Tungsten Beads - small
Small tungsten beads are essential for the angler who wishes their fly to penetrate the surface rapidly and sink. Tunsten is significantly heavier than brass and lead and adds the maximum weight for the minimum volume allowing slim flies to be tied - another factor in helping flies sink rapidly. FlyTek Anglers Thick Superglue
A thixotropic cyanoacrylate that will not sag or move, that means a thick superglue with the consistency similar to tooth paste that will stay where it is placed. It will also fill gaps and can be used in a range of applications. It is ideal for sticking plastic teddy bear (or Enrico's) eyes in place on large flies. First make a depression/cavity in the fibres, best done using a cauteriser, fill the hole with the thick glue and then place the eye where it should go, press lightly into the glue and leave to set - the setting tiime is about 5 minutes. Please be careful when using superglues.

A block of special wax made for fly tying. The wax is used to reduce thread slipping during tying, to preserve and make silk threads waterproof and to help in finishing the thread at the fly head.
